A landslip that disrupted traffic on Titahi Bay Road earlier today has now been cleared and the road fully reopened.
The slip occurred overnight between the Kenepuru and Hagley Street roundabouts, partially blocking one lane. Council crews responded promptly, implementing traffic management and diversions while machinery was brought in to clear the debris.
By 1.30pm Friday, the road was confirmed open and safe for travel. Drivers had been advised earlier in the day to allow extra time due to the delays.
Porirua City Council thanked the public for their patience and the on-site team for their swift response.
