Fans can expect more than just rugby, with pre-game entertainment including a photo opportunity with Leo the Lion and the NPC trophy. During halftime, local clubs will face off in a lively relay race. Giveaways such as Lions flags and 2024 Championship posters will also be on offer.
Beverages will be available from the Northern United clubrooms, which will be open throughout the game. Alcohol must be consumed within the clubrooms.
After the match, supporters are invited to The Supply Room in Paremata for a post-game hangout and the chance to meet the Lions squad in person.
General admission tickets are priced at $20 for adults and $10 for students aged 15 and up with ID.
The event is expected to draw a strong local crowd under the banner “Wellington – My Home, Our Lions” and the rallying cry #ROARwithUs.
