Porirua motorists can expect lane closures and stop-go traffic management across SH1, SH58 and SH59 next week.
On Mana Esplanade, a southbound lane closure will be in place at the Pascoe Avenue intersection from 11pm Sunday until 5am Monday while crews carry out a CCTV inspection of the wastewater main.
On Wednesday night, the northbound lane of SH59 between Linden and the Mungavin intersection will be closed from 9pm until 5am for drainage channel clearing.
At Paremata, stop-go traffic controls will operate in both directions on SH58 between Spinnaker Drive and Seaview Road from 7pm Monday until 5.30am Tuesday while service covers are raised.
Work will also continue on SH58 around Judgeford.
An altered lane layout will remain in place between Moonshine Road and Flightys Road throughout the week, while southbound stop-go controls will operate between Moonshine Road and the golf course from Sunday to Thursday nights between 7pm and 5.30am.
Transmission Gully motorists will also encounter daytime lane closures at various locations from Monday to Friday for traffic cable work.
Northbound closures are planned between 6am and 3.30pm, with southbound closures between 9.30am and 4pm.
The roadworks are scheduled for the week from Saturday 15 August to Friday 21 August and may be postponed if weather disrupts the programme.
