Kāpiti Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a white SUV towing a red Holden seen travelling through the Porirua area earlier this month.
Police say the vehicles were travelling on Transmission Gully and the Ōtaki Expressway between midnight and 1am on December 9.
The white SUV was towing a car trailer fitted with blue lights along its sides. On the trailer was a red Holden, registration HSV425, which was partially covered with tarpaulins.
Police say the Holden is distinctive because it has no side windows.
Officers are urging anyone who saw the SUV, the trailer, or the red Holden, or who has information that may help locate either vehicle, to contact Police.
