Porirua’s Pacific Night Market will return to Cannons Creek on Friday 11 December, bringing food stalls, crafts and community goods back to the Cook Islands Hall.

The quarterly market will run from 5.30pm to 8.30pm at Te Akapuanga Hall, with stalls inside and outside the venue.

Food trucks and stalls cooking on site will be located outdoors, while pre-packaged food, clothing, arts and crafts and information stalls will use the hall, according to Porirua City Council.

The markets are organised by the council’s Pacific and Welcoming Communities team and provide an opportunity for local sellers to reach residents and visitors.

Previous 2026 markets were held in March, June and September. The December event will be the year’s fourth and final scheduled market.

Stallholder registration is open through the council’s Pacific Night Markets page, where organisers have also published set-up instructions. Prospective stallholders can contact [email protected] with questions.

The Cook Islands Hall is in Cannons Creek town centre. The council lists the market as taking place at the front of and inside the venue.
