Arena Fitness is running free outdoor Bodybalance classes at Aotea Lagoon on Sunday afternoons over summer.

Free outdoor Bodybalance classes will be held at Aotea Lagoon this summer, with Arena Fitness taking its regular Sunday sessions outside.

The 45-minute classes will run from 4pm to 4.45pm on Sundays January 11, 18 and 25, and February 1.

The sessions are free and open to everyone.

Bodybalance combines elements of yoga, tai chi and Pilates, focusing on balance, flexibility and relaxation. The classes are suitable for a wide range of ages and fitness levels.

Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, water bottle and sun protection. Sessions will be weather dependent.

The classes are supported by Porirua City Council and will take place on the grass at Aotea Lagoon.
